Why can't I register?
You via several links on our site.  You can click on the divisions across the red banner or select the Register Today button just below that.  If you have received an error message or a blank page, it simply means that registration for that particular division has not started yet, please check back later or watch our social media channels for more information.

What payment types do you accept?
We currently accept all standard forms of payment through our provider.  Feel free to use your Credit Card or Debit Visa / Mastercard for your transaction.  For those selecting a payment plan for their transaction, our provider will automatically charge the given card for the amount on the prescribed date.

Do I have to Upload a Birth Certificate to proceed?
CMBA would like to ensure that you have registered for the correct division. Also, Travel & Select team's are required to produce copies of
each players birth certificate when creating their rosters. However, you can proceed without uploading any ID.

This is my first year registering with CMBA and my child want's to play Rep - Am I too late? / When are tryouts?
CMBA conducts fall tryouts for our travel teams.  Our Select program is a great option. It is an All-Star team of our House League players. Children play for their CMBA House League team
and also get the opportunity to play exhibition games and tournaments against other cities. Tryouts for the select program are in the spring.

I would like to be a coach?
CMBA is always looking for head coaches and assistant coaches. You can select "Can You Spare Some Time" menu on the registration page or select the "Register Here" button on the Coaching page.

What ages can play for CMBA?
Children between the ages of 5-18 are eligible to play for CMBA.  If your child is under the age of 5, please contact the VP of JR House League at [email protected] to determine if your child is ready to play in CMBA.  If your child is 19 or is turning 19 in the calendar year (by December 31st), they are not eligible to play in CMBA.

I need a tax receipt?
You should get an automatic email with your receipt upon successful registration. You can also log in using your email and password and print another one if needed.

How to Register a travel player?
Travel player or "CUBS" registration is a two-part system, player registration fees and travel fees. Travel players need to be registered in their appropriate division based on year of birth.  Ie. Age Level - T1 or T2 player will register using the CMBA Player Registration process and pay the associated league fees.  After the rosters have been set and the player has been approved in the system the player will be moved to their appropriate travel team.  The travel fees will be added to the player's profile.

Travel player is not permitted to participate on the field or indoor training facility until payment is received in full or arrangements have been made.

How to pay Select player fees?
Select player registration is a two-part system, house league player registration fees and select fees.  After the select rosters have been set and the player has been approved in the system the player will be moved to their appropriate select team.  The select fees will be added to the player's profile, an email from the association or coach will indicate when the system is ready to accept payment.  Select player is not permitted to participate in SOBA tournaments until select fees are received in full.
