Den Fee

•Our den fee will be invoiced annually in October
•Payment can be made in a single lump sum or distributed over 3 equal payments due in October, November, and December

Travel Fee
•This fee will be determined annually based on the needs of the team and will include such items as tournament registration, coach NCCP courses, coach vulnerable sector checks, insurance, fields, umpires, team equipment required
•The team will receive the summary of their team fee in late January. Payment can be made in a single lump sum or distributed over 3 equal payments due in February, March, and April.

Any players with outstanding financial commitments following any of the above due dates will have their ability to participate in team activities restricted until payment is received in full.

 

Select

Select player fees will be invoiced within 1 week after the signing of the team following tryouts.
•This fee can be paid in one single lump sum or distributed over 2 equal payments due 3 weeks and 6 weeks following the invoice date

 

House League
Payment is due at the time of registration, unless being paid by a third party.

 

Outstanding Payments
For any payments that are not made by the prescribed due date, a reminder email will be sent outlining the missed payment, payment due date, and request for payment.

Failure to pay the outstanding payment within a timely manner will result in suspension from team activities including den access, den sessions, team practices, exhibition, regular season, play off games, etc.
