Cambridge Minor Baseball Association is a volunteer not for profit organization that has been in operation for decades. Annually the organization count upon the financial support of the local business community to help us to run a quality baseball program in our beloved city of Cambridge.  This year we are asking for your continued support. The organization has hundreds of children between the ages of 4 to 18 registered in our various house league and travel baseball programs. The players and teams compete at baseball diamonds located throughout the city of Cambridge. The organization has volunteer Coaches, Convenors and other Executive members that ensure the successful operation of these programs for the local participants. Cambridge Minor Baseball provides a valuable service to youngsters in the Cambridge community engaging them in productive organized activities.

Cambridge Minor Baseball Association Executive has a goal to continue to grow the sport of baseball in the city. On the Travel side of the equation the organization has been home to many Provincial and League Champions along with one recent National Champion.  From a House league standpoint the organization run various divisions over multiple age groups plus a hybrid Select program. The Select teams are comprised of House league players looking to occasionally play in a competitive setting. Over the past few years the height of the registration count has reached 700+.  Unfortunately, numbers were down having been affected by COVID-19.  It is anticipated that Cambridge Minor Baseball will have a rebound in registrations and approach or eclipse the 700 registration mark.  Baseball is a growing sport in Canada and is supported by the fact the Toronto Blue Jays are a successful team.  This success directly impacts the registrations of local Minor Baseball organizations. Our Cambridge Minor Baseball Association is committed to marketing our organization and the sport to achieve higher registration numbers.  We have made significant financial commitments with the launch of our own private indoor training facility conveniently located on Hespeler Road in Cambridge. This facility will provide a means for the Travel teams to train year round and strive for higher goals & achievements.  This high profile location will constantly remind the general public of Cambridge Minor Baseball within the City of Cambridge.

As an organization we cannot stress enough the valuable role minor sports plays in the molding of our children’s lives. It teaches them the benefits of team work, commitment and dedication. It demonstrates the value of volunteerism and allows them to participate in the joy of a sporting activity as citizens of this community. Many bonds are formed by both participants and parents alike as they play and watch a sport they love.  However, to run this program each season we need your financial support.
