Refunds will only be given with written requests. Please submit your request to the Association's Treasurer. Please familiarize yourself with the following policies prior to registration:
- Refunds shall be given, less a 20% administration fee, if requested prior to March 31st.
- Refunds shall be given, less a 50% administration fee, if requested between April 1st and May 31st.
- Refunds shall not be given after May 31st.
Exceptions to these policies may be made in special circumstances (i.e. injury, family move, etc).

COVID REFUND EXECPTION:
Should the season be cancelled and/or shortened due to COVID, CMBA will issue full or pro-rated refunds of registration and/or travel fees as applicable.
